In-House Commercial Counsel, Global Sales
Doist
Axon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support a global sales organization with complex commercial contracts. You will structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for SaaS, hardware, and services while advising on regulatory and risk considerations.
The role requires J.D. and bar admission in the US, with in-house experience preferred. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and IT to scale contracting operations and governance.
