Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ability to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based service delivery preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Dedication to creating supportive and engaging learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students in various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development opportunities
