Infant Lead Teacher - $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Signing Bonus: This position in eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,000, paid in installments as follows: $750 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Lead Teacher , you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Have an awarded associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services Field AND 2 years of previous experience working with children.
