The Opportunity:

Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications for Senior Navy Officials and Executives. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience providing IT support directly to senior military and government officials

• 2+ years of experience with Navy Marine Corps Internet and Flankspeed

• Knowledge of the O365 and SharePoint Online environment

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving client environment

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the DoD or Navy Staff

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products

• Experience with IT Asset Management

• Experience with Windows

• Ability to assist in the creation of end-user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

• CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
