This isn’t just a job; it’s your chance to craft unforgettable moments for our guests in an energetic and joyful setting.
As our Assistant Banquet Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our crew, ensuring that every public and private event—whether it’s a romantic wedding or an exhilarating corporate retreat—shines with success. Come aboard and let’s make some magic together!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and energize our service staff during setup, service, and breakdown, crafting a dynamic and lively atmosphere.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, forging strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
Bring event timelines, floor plans, and service standards to life with creativity and flair.

Face challenges head-on, resolving any issues with grace and professionalism.
Provide valuable post-event feedback to management to continuously enhance our service experience.
Requirements:- Join our dynamic team and dive into an exhilarating opportunity! We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, catering, or event service—leadership experience is a fantastic bonus!
- If you have exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You'll need to keep your cool and maintain a professional demeanor, even when the heat is on.
- Attention to detail is key, and a passion for putting guests first is essential! We're seeking individuals who are available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays—this is a must!
- While food safety and alcohol service certifications are a plus, we’re here to support you in obtaining them if you don’t have them yet! This part-time position starts at $18+ per hour.
If you’re ready to elevate events and lead a passionate team, we want to hear from you! Don’t miss out on the chance to be part of something exciting—apply today!
