The Role:
As Sales Director, you’ll lead a team of three, driving revenue growth and expanding our client's market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing sales professional to step into leadership while still being hands-on in winning new business. You’ll develop strategies, mentor your team, and collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of three sales professionals.
- Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing relationships.
- Shape and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market impact.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales goals with company vision.
