Responsibilities:
• Lead by Example: Take charge of our nursing team and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Utilize your organizational skills to create effective schedules and coordinate staffing to meet the needs of our patients and facility.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care.

Requirements:
• Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
