Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified RN for Labor and Delivery with a strong clinical background. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, 12-hour night shift environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal and maternal health, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using preferred electronic charting systems.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with verification required at submittal.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in charting, ideally with Altera experience.
• Be able to complete required lab and documentation within 72 hours of acceptance.
• Must pass a facility-conducted drug screen, including Marijuana, with strict adherence to policies.
• Be willing to work a 4x12 night shift schedule, with start dates in early October preferred.
