St Marys Place Dental Highlights: Terraced house with 4 surgeries, all computerised using Dentally software Central Stafford location 5-minute walk to Stafford train station 1-minute walk to nearest bus stop Surrounded by shops, amenities, next to St Mary’s Church Senior Clinician with 30+ years’ experience Practice Manager – former dental nurse Treatments Offered: Implants, Invisalign, Orthodontics, Restorative & Whitening What We Offer: Extra holiday accrual in line with length of service (LOS) An additional personal day each year Supportive team environment and structured onboarding Opportunities for development and career progression What You’ll Be Doing: Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records A team player who thrives on helping others Hear From a Colleague: “Working for a 7 surgery practice has its challenging days, it does get quite busy, but I thoroughly enjoy it.
