Holiday Inn Express TopekaNorth is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused NightAuditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vitalrole in ensuring smooth overnight operations while providing exceptional guestservice and completing daily accounting and reporting tasks. Responsibilities Welcomeand assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism andcourtesy. Checkguests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Respondto guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner. Performnightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions. Balanceroom revenue, cash receipts, and other financial records. Prepareand distribute daily reports for management. Monitorhotel security and maintain a safe environment for guests and teammembers. Answerphone calls and process reservations as needed. Ensurethe front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. Assistwith light housekeeping or operational tasks when necessary. Qualifications Previoushotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Nightaudit experience is a plus but not required. Strongattention to detail and organizational skills. Basiccomputer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems. Excellentcommunication and problem-solving abilities. Abilityto work independently and make sound decisions. Mustbe dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, andholidays as needed. PhysicalRequirements Abilityto stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods. Abilityto lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
