Your efforts will help deliver technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals globally, effectively treating prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.Core Job Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues across a diverse fleet of R&D robotic and electromechanical systems to support ongoing development activities.Perform hands-on testing and validation of complex electro-mechanical systems, ensuring reliability, functionality, and performance.Execute software testing, system updates, and firmware installations within Ubuntu/Linux environments.Partner closely with R&D engineers to support hardware upgrades, prototype builds, and development system enhancements.Build strong working relationships across engineering and technician teams through clear communication, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Qualifications:Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience solving complex challenges in robotic or advanced electromechanical systems.5+ years of experience supporting, testing, or developing complex electromechanical systems in production, manufacturing, R&D, or laboratory environments.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment.Proven success contributing to innovative R&D programs and cross-functional product development teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values partnership, innovation, and continuous learning.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:Previous experience working in industrial robotics, automotive, aerospace, or other highly regulated electromechanical industries.Surgical robotics experience.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $69,000.00 to $111,090.00.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
