Use required technologies and methodologies to simulate and test mixed-signal designs. Drive/develop ASIC design flows and scripts. Analyze complex digital design problems and propose solutions. Track signal performance and evaluate technical data to provide strategic recommendations and technical solutions to complex problems in performance and speed of AMD processors. Participate in collaborative multi-system projects related to enhancing the speed, efficiency, and performance of AMD’s processors. Propose and document specification and modification to improve analog/mixed signal circuits. Communicate project objectives and required tasks to internal team and provide external teams with updates on team’s progress towards broader design/engineering objectives. Drive layout and design reviews to ensure quality of deliverables and risk mitigation. Provide technical feedback to more senior members of technical staff and management to influence technical decisions resulting in positive impact on final products.
