(Wednesdays are remote) WHAT YOU WILL DOManage day-to-day operational activity for assigned customer accounts using internal technology and reporting tools.Monitor the movement, status, and availability of customer shipments or equipment throughout the operational lifecycle.Investigate system-generated exceptions, identify potential issues, and coordinate appropriate next steps.Communicate with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely and accurate execution.Maintain accurate account information, operational records, and customer updates.Respond to customer questions and provide visibility into active operational activity.Review account performance, utilization, or service data during recurring customer discussions.Build the operational knowledge and client-facing skills needed to take on greater account ownership over time.
