Director, Analytics

Responsibilities Lead integrated measurement and analytics programs across diverse portfolio of clients Develop measurement strategies and analytics frameworks aligning with client objectives Oversee the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams for analytics integration Identify new measurement approaches, technologies and methodologies Mentor and develop team members in a collaborative environment Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities Requirements 6+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, communications measurement or related fields 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members Experience developing measurement strategies and analytics frameworks Strong understanding of paid, earned, owned and social media measurement Experience translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms Strong Excel skills with experience working across large datasets Experience building client-ready presentations and communicating findings to senior stakeholders Familiarity with analytics, social listening and media intelligence platforms Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing measurement strategies and analytics frameworks, with advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
