Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation)
$85kA well respected, growing plaintiff's personal injury firm is adding Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to their team. The role entails handling cases from intake through claims, liability and settlement (ie all the way up until litigation, should the case go to litigation). Position requires an active license to practice law in Rhode Island OR Massachusetts. Role is 99% remote outside of occasional in-person client meetings, so candidates must be in RI or MA. First year compensation is $85,000. Expected earnings of $150,000-200,000 after 12-18 months. Position includes comprehensive training and benefits. salary: $85,000 - $200,000 per year
