Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a Rhode Island–licensed Personal Injury Litigation Attorney dedicated to representing injury victims in their fight against large insurance companies in Providence, RI. Key Responsibilities Independently handle personal injury litigation matters from case intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials . Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies to secure favorable outcomes. Conduct and defend depositions , draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case preparation.
