PreLitigation Attorney

Overview Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution. Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication regarding case status and strategy. Review liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage to evaluate claims. Draft and submit demand packages to insurance carriers. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Work closely with case managers, medical providers, and support staff to develop strong claims. Identify cases that should be escalated to litigation and collaborate with litigation attorneys during transition. Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all matters.
