Litigation Attorney

ODU Law Firm is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Litigation Associate to join our team. We fight for real people, not faceless corporations. Our cases matter because our clients do. What You’ll Do Manage a busy caseload and drive matters forward efficiently. Take ownership of plaintiff‑side employment law and civil rights cases from intake through resolution. Conduct fact investigations, handle administrative filings (MCAD/RICHR/EEOC), develop demand strategies, and negotiate pre‑litigation settlements. Lead litigation on assigned cases: draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare for trial. Play an active role in advancing the firm’s mission and profitability. What We’re Looking For Admission to the MA and RI bars or willingness to promptly seek admission. Candidates awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply (employment contingent on passing). 0–3 years of litigation experience. Strong advocacy, writing, and client management skills.
