Sr. Trial Attorney

What You'll Do As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will: Serve as lead counsel in complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial. Defend insureds in personal and commercial lines claims. Manage cases involving: Bodily Injury Auto Commercial Auto Homeowners Liability Products Liability Commercial Property Property Damage Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Claims Wrongful Death claims Develop litigation strategies, evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings. Partner closely with claims professionals and business leaders. Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff. Build strong relationships internally and within the legal community. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active attorney license in both Connecticut and Rhode Island . 8+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong trial advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume, complex caseload. Preferred Qualifications Experience defending casualty, commercial liability, and complex civil litigation matters. Admission to Federal Court. Massachusetts bar admission is a plus, but not required.
