Meadow Lakes 300 Meadow Lakes Hightstown, NJ 08520, USA Description Meadow Lakes is seeking a Staffing Unit Coordinator to join our team! Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. At Meadow Lakes, our Staffing Unit Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the staffing needs of the Nursing Department, Wellness Team, and Assisted Living Teams through scheduling and prepare payroll processing. Responsibilities: Schedule and maintain “master” monthly work schedules for all Nursing Department Employees. Ensure appropriate scheduling levels are always met. Prepare for and verify accuracy of payroll via current payroll system for all Nursing Department staff. Verify vacation balances and enter PTO requests. Monitor time/attendance and track hours worked and make necessary adjustments. Assist with new hires for the department Track and order supplies for the Nursing Department. Process invoices for the Nursing Department. Assist in maintenance of medical records. Assist in checking references and licenses for new hires as needed. Education and Experience: High school Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience as a Unit Coordinator or similar role in an LTC/Acute Care/Hospital setting preferred Paid Time Off and Holidays 401(k) with Company Match (Once Eligible) Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Benefits (including Daily Pay!)
