Responsibilities Work in an Inbound/Outbound call center to schedule appointments for our Service Department Master the art of influence and maintain a positive attitude while working on the telephone Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment scheduling process Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of proven customer service experience Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Organized, self-disciplined, and a quick learner Bilingual skills are a plus but not required Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance available to full-time employees the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
