Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical RN to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team on a PRN basis. As a PAM RN PRN Unit Based Tier III, you will provide exceptional patient care in the immediate postoperative period, ensuring patient safety and comfort while monitoring recovery from anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition following surgical procedures.
• Assess and manage pain, nausea, and other postoperative symptoms.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in PACU or critical care nursing required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
