Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually.Job SummaryThe Business Analyst reports directly to the Division President and provides financial analysis and business insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with regional and unit leadership, corporate finance, and key stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends and opportunities, forecast results, assess financial risks, and support overall business performance.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial and operational data, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.Support forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and monthly reporting.Monitor financial controls, contractual obligations, and overall business performance.Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to division leadership and key stakeholders.Partner with regional and unit leaders to provide financial guidance, coaching, and best practices.Support corporate finance and accounting with ad hoc reporting and system-level financial analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years of accounting or finance experience within a large or complex organization.Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting systems.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.Associates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off, paid parental leave, holiday time off, personal leave, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
