Listening, building relationships, and treating people well are essential to success here.What You'll DoWelcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives.Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits.Work with sales management and finance to guide customers through the buying process.Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM.Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and previous customers.Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and current dealership promotions.Work toward individual and team sales goals.Help keep vehicles and the showroom ready for customers.What We're Looking ForWillingness to learn: You ask questions, accept coaching, and apply what you're taught.Strong work ethic: You stay engaged, take initiative, and put in consistent effort.Dependability: You show up prepared and follow through.People skills: You enjoy meeting people and communicate respectfully.Integrity: You're honest with customers and teammates.Drive: You're motivated by goals and take responsibility for your progress.Comfort using computers and learning new systems.A valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, or another sales role can be helpful, but it is not required.Training and SupportWe're prepared to help the right candidate learn vehicle knowledge, our sales process, customer follow-up, and dealership systems.
