Sales and Retention Specialist / Patient Success Coordinator Universus PT & Wellness seeks a confident sales professional to build and maintain client relationships for our boutique physical therapy practice in Huntington, NY. The role involves proactive outreach (calling, emailing, texting) to prospective patients, educating them on the value of personalized treatment, and ensuring continuous engagement. Responsibilities Contact and follow up with potential patients via phone, email, and text. Communicate program benefits and educational value of individualized treatment. Maintain accurate records of prospective and current patient interactions. Collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized outreach strategies. Participate in community outreach, workshops, and social media education. Ensure consistent compliance with privacy and communication regulations. Qualifications Demonstrated sales experience and track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented. Experience in a healthcare or wellness environment is a plus. Prior experience in outreach or client retention beneficial.
