About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Financial Systems to take on a pivotal role as the enterprise leader for the vision, strategy, and performance of its financial management platform and broader financial systems ecosystem. This executive will be responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of financial systems to support business growth, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. The role demands a strong blend of finance domain expertise, technology leadership, and enterprise transformation experience, with a focus on partnering across finance, HR, and IT to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. Key responsibilities include owning the enterprise vision and roadmap for financial management, serving as the executive product owner, and leading efforts to improve financial operations, automation, integration, and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 12 years' experience in leading enterprise financial systems, and a deep expertise in financial management and a strong working knowledge of HCM, payroll, and recruiting. Experience in acquisitive or private equity-backed organizations is preferred. The role also involves global delivery and vendor management, budget and people leadership, and a strong emphasis on M&A integration. The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred skills include Workday Financials and HCM certification, experience in ERP transformation, integrations, and enterprise data strategy, as well as a background in vendor management and large-scale system implementations.
