Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Coordinate with production planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
• Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in CMMS software utilization and administration.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent.
