Operations Manager (T&D Electrical)

A leading electrical utility infrastructure contractor is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transmission and distribution (T&D) construction operations. This role will provide leadership across project execution, workforce management, client relationships, safety performance, and operational growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead utility construction operations across T&D projects
Manage project execution, staffing, and operational performance
Support business growth and client relationships
Drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
Oversee field leadership and project management teams
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

What You'll Bring

Utility construction leadership experience
Strong T&D electrical construction background
Experience managing field operations and project teams
Client-facing communication skills
Budget, schedule, and operational management experience
Proven leadership and team development abilities
