We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer (Consumer Goods Cloud) to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

As a Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant (Senior Developer), your role responsibilities will be to: Create, own, and maintain technical documentation related to the project.Implement a defined approach for frameworks, technologies, and toolsets to be used during the implementation of the solution design.Prepare and lead Technical Demonstrations with key stakeholders for small to medium-complexity projects.Participate in NTT DATA added value activities outside regular client work.Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level.Identify and raise potential risks to a project and suggest, where possible, mitigation strategies.Coach and mentor Functional Consultants through technical doubts to ensure quality completion of their tasks by or before their due dates and maintain the overall integrity of the solution.Work with key stakeholders to communicate and manage design changes, backlog management, and sprint planning to ensure all tasks can be completed during a given sprint for small to medium-complexity projects.Develop code for high-complexity technical design notes complying with coding standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates.Create POCs and perform impact analysis to ensure technical design notes are complete and meet the requirements for the proposed solution.Complete effort estimation on user stories for low to medium complexity projects to allow for accurate resourcing to complete build activities.Write technical design notes for user stories relating to low to medium-complexity projects. Leverage prior experience working within the Consumer Goods domain to design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to industry-specific processes such as trade promotions, retail execution, route-to-market, and distributor management. Knowledge and Attributes Consultancy (CNSL-4) Takes responsibility for elements of a larger consulting engagement.Collaborates with clients as part of formal or informal consultancy engagements. Understands client requirements by collecting data and delivering analysis.Works collaboratively to develop and implement solutions. Seeks to address client needs within the defined scope of responsibility.Ensures that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited. Industry experience in the Consumer Goods sector is highly preferred to enable accurate mapping of business needs to Salesforce capabilities. Methods and Tools (METL-4) Provides advice and guidance to support the adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.Tailors processes in line with agreed standards and evaluation of methods and tools.Reviews and improves usage and application of methods and tools. Relationship Management (RLMT-4) Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. User Experience Design (HCEV-4) Selects appropriate tools, methods and design patterns to design user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service.Translates concepts into outputs and prototypes and captures user feedback or evaluation to improve designs.Evaluates alternative design options and recommends designs taking into account performance, security, usability and accessibility requirements.Interprets and follows visual design and branding guidelines to create a consistent and impactful user experience. Programming / Software Development (PROG-4) Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services.Contributes to the selection of the software development methods, tools and techniques.Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes.Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work. 

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of Retail Execution processes including visit planning, task execution, asset management, and in‑store activities.Expertise in CG Cloud mobile app , including offline capability and field execution workflows.Experience implementing Retail Visit Schedulers, Survey Builder, Perfect Store KPIs, and Route Optimization .Ability to design and optimize product hierarchies, assortments, promotions, and trade spend workflows .Hands-on experience integrating CG Cloud with ERP, DMS, TPM, OMS , and analytics platforms.Experience working with FMCG/CPG clients across sales, merchandising, distribution, and retail operations.
