Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Physical Requirements
  • Must frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds to assist clients with transfers, mobility, and positional adjustments.
  • Must frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and reach overhead to assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene care.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 4 hours per 8-hour shift while preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable access to a vehicle, and be able to travel to client assignments within the service area. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
