• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new employees or interns, and support the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe, and compliant workspace while adhering to all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment.
