HousemanThe White Mountain Hotel & Resort is looking for a dependable and hard-working PM Houseman to join our evening team. This position plays a major role in keeping the resort clean, comfortable, and running smoothly throughout the night for both guests and staff.Set in the heart of the White Mountains just outside North Conway, our resort is known for warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying busy, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.Responsibilities Include:Responding to guest service requests in a friendly and timely mannerCleaning and maintaining public areas throughout the resort during the eveningPicking up and replacing pool towels in the pool and health club areasAssisting guests with requested items such as extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc.Helping with turn-down service requests when neededKeeping lobby and outdoor fires stocked and maintainedAssisting with minor maintenance-related issues and communicating larger issues to maintenance staffSupporting housekeeping with linen deliveries, trash removal, and room assistance as neededHelping with meeting room setups, furniture moves, and event breakdownsMonitoring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property throughout the shiftWorking closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure guests have an exceptional stayQualifications:Reliable with a strong work ethicAble to work independently and stay productive throughout the shiftPositive attitude and team-focused mindsetComfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent serviceAble to lift, bend, move furniture, push carts, and stay on your feet for extended periodsWeekend and holiday availability requiredPrevious hotel, housekeeping, maintenance, or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits:Health & Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid vacation and personal timePaid holidaysEmployee perks including use of the pool, fitness center, and golf courseHotel and travel discountsSupportive team environmentAt White Mountain Hotel & Resort, every role helps create the experience our guests remember.
