Overview Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) - New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses. Responsibilities Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Growth Potential!
