Position Overview

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an established team in Lima, Ohio. This opportunity offers a highly autonomous practice model, diverse clinical cases, flexible scheduling, and excellent earning potential.

• Independent CRNA practice model with significant autonomy
• Level II Trauma Center
• Robust regional anesthesia and nerve block program
• Diverse cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, OB, cardiac, and trauma
• Established team of 7 CRNAs, expanding by 2 providers
• Approximately 1 anesthesiologist per 8–10 CRNAs
• 24-hour in-house call, with call hours counting toward the 80-hour pay period
• Cardiac call opportunities for cardiac-trained CRNAs

Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Ohio licensure
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of anesthesia cases
• Cardiac anesthesia experience preferred for cardiac call participation
• Comfortable with an autonomous practice model and diverse surgical cases
