Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $235,000+, with higher compensation based on experience

• Sign-On Bonus: $60,000 with a 3-year commitment

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 with a 5-year commitment

• ⏱️ Premium Overtime Pay: $185/hour

• Paid Time Off: 280 hours annually

Practice Environment

• ✅ Independent CRNA model with strong clinical autonomy

• ‍⚕️ Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8–10 CRNAs

• Established team of 7 CRNAs looking to add 2 providers

• Robust regional and nerve block anesthesia program

• Diverse clinical experience at a Level II Trauma Center

Diverse Case Mix

Gain experience across a broad range of surgical specialties, including:

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• Neurosurgery

• Obstetrics (OB)

• ❤️ Cardiac Surgery

• Trauma

Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.

❤️ Cardiac & Call Opportunities

• ❤️ Cardiac-trained CRNAs may participate in cardiac call

• 24-hour in-house call opportunities

• ⏱️ All call hours count toward the 80-hour pay period

• Significant overtime earning potential through the call structure

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

• ✅ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Eligible for Ohio licensure

• Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases

Preferred Qualifications:

• ❤️ Cardiac anesthesia experience or training

• Interest in an autonomous CRNA practice model

• Comfort with trauma and diverse surgical cases
