Plans and manages resource utilization, identifies needs for procedural or practice improvements, and recommends changes to enhance training effectiveness. Evaluates the impact of changing workload demands, staffing levels, and resource availability on training requirements and operational readiness. Coordinates both in-person and virtual training delivery through Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams, including securing training space, instructors, equipment, course materials, and other required supplies. Prepares, monitors, and maintains the Functional Site Training Plan, ensuring management is informed of training needs identified through National Office work planning assumptions, mandatory training requirements, and other feedback sources.
