We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to support customers, channel partners, distributors, and resellers across English and German-speaking markets . In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand software products, identify solutions that meet their needs, and provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.

You will engage with customers through email, phone calls, video meetings, CRM systems, and support platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Specialist , you will work closely with customers and business partners to answer product inquiries, provide quotes, support account management activities, and maintain accurate records within CRM systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, solving problems, learning new technologies, and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and German , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and customer support tools is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable learning new products, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales inquiries through CRM queues, email, and customer support channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions using a consultative approach.
• Communicate with customers professionally through email, phone, and video meetings.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, renewals, and licensing questions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes for new purchases and renewals.
• Support distributors, resellers, and business partners with pricing requests and product-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity records within CRM systems.
• Assist internal sales teams with quoting, customer follow-ups, and administrative support.
• Manage multiple customer requests while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Utilize available systems and tools to effectively support customer and sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and issue resolution.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
