House Supervisor - Registered Nurse MLR is thrilled to invite an experienced and dedicated House Supervisor to join our client's team at a premier healthcare facility near Pena Blanca, NM! Key Responsibilities for House Supervisor:

- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Act as a key resource and point of contact for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff assignments, address any immediate staffing needs, and maintain optimal workflow.
- Support clinical staff with high-priority cases and maintain open communication with department leaders.
- Oversee incident reporting, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Active RN license in New Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; supervisory experience required.
- Current ACLS, BLS and PALS required.
- Previous leadership experience in acute care or hospital supervision is required.
- NRP, TNCC preferred - must obtain within 6 months of hire.
