House Supervisor - Registered Nurse

MLR is thrilled to invite an experienced and dedicated House Supervisor to join our client's team at a premier healthcare facility near Pena Blanca, NM!

Key Responsibilities for House Supervisor:

Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Act as a key resource and point of contact for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage staff assignments, address any immediate staffing needs, and maintain optimal workflow.
Support clinical staff with high-priority cases and maintain open communication with department leaders.
Oversee incident reporting, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for House Supervisor:

Active RN license in New Mexico.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; supervisory experience required.
Current ACLS, BLS and PALS required.
Previous leadership experience in acute care or hospital supervision is required.
NRP, TNCC preferred - must obtain within 6 months of hire.
