Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)
Sterling, VA
$18.00-$20 per Hour | Weekly Pay
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing Cable Technology company in Sterling, VA to hire a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Associate . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in warehouse and logistics with a stable company that values teamwork, safety, and career development.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse software and established procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if applicable).
- Load and unload deliveries while ensuring products are handled with care.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
