It's a startup environment backed by the stability, systems, and national brand recognition of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning — the best of both worlds for someone who wants to grow, lead, and be part of something from day one.Job DutiesServices, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industryNATE certification preferredMust display strong communication skills and technical competenceAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screenClean driving recordCompensation: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
