Competitive Compensation: Starting at $25 .90, plus $1.50 shift differential  

Shift: 3 rd Shift; 10:54PM -7:12AM, plus overtime  
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop . We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.  

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.  

• Additional duties include driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks , program the enameling robots.  

• Learn plate number and identify colors.  

• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.  

• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.  

• Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.  

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.  

• Must be at least 18 years old.  

Preferred Qualifications  

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.  

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
