Interacts with other department heads to ensure safe and efficient operations. Hires, trains, supervises and terminates building service personnel. Serves as the hospital's Safety Officer with authority to take immediate action if current conditions threaten safety, health or life. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Emergency Management Program. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
