We're currently seeking a Family Medicine (FM) Physician to join our outpatient Primary Care teaman opportunity to practice Family Practice (FP) in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth, innovation, and physician well-being.

Additional Job Description: As a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, you'll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team that includes access to specialists, mental health professionals, and integrative medicine through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. This holistic, patient-centered approach is at the heart of how we deliver caresupporting every aspect of a patient's health journey.

Key Position Details:

• Primary Care physicians at this clinic are close knit and drawn to collaborative work
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Flexible FTE
• Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
• Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
• Clinic hours are Monday- Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm and closed Saturday-Sunday

Principle Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance

Job Requirements:

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
• ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days

Physical Demands:

Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay Range: $290,500 to $339,800 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
