Occupational Therapist: School Year

We're seeking a compassionate and student-centered Occupational Therapist to support students in achieving independence, confidence, and success at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy services and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to help students develop the skills needed to thrive academically, socially, and functionally within the school environment.

What Success Looks Like:

• Creating engaging, individualized therapy plans that support student growth and independence
• Building a safe, supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged and empowered
• Collaborating with teachers and specialists to adapt activities, materials, and assistive supports for student success
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with IEPs, 504 Plans, and evaluation timelines
• Using research-based practices and data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification and qualifications prescribed by law, including ESSA requirements

You'll work in a collaborative educational environment supporting students across a variety of instructional settings.
