What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Inspect residential properties for storm damage (hail, wind, etc.)
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and restoration options
• Manage projects from initial contact through contract signing and project completion
• Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (construction, roofing, or in-home sales is a plus)
• Comfortable with door knocking and field-based sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
