• Experience: Board-certified in Oncology and Hematology, with inpatient medical oncology experience

What You ll Do

• Lead and supervise the medical oncology team, including APPs and support staff
• Manage inpatient malignant and benign oncology cases, with a patient volume of 20-25 per day
• Conduct all new inpatient consults and oversee same-day documentation for inpatient and outpatient services
• Perform special procedures related to oncology, including both malignant and benign cases
• Participate in overnight remote call (8-10 hours) with minimal call frequency, primarily handling oncology-specific calls
• Collaborate with hospital support teams at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota medical license or IMLC qualification
• Board certification in Oncology and Hematology
• Inpatient medical oncology experience
• Privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital

Preferred:

• Experience supervising APPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with hospital inpatient services and oncology procedures
