- M&A & Site Integrations: Build out HRIS frameworks for new locations, manage data migrations, and serve as the primary HR/payroll contact for acquired leadership and staff.
- Onboarding & Eligibility Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle across multiple sites, including managing background checks, executing I-9/E-Verify compliance, and entering new hires into the HRIS.
- HRIS Data Integrity & Analytics: Maintain absolute ownership of employee records, conduct regular data hygiene audits, and generate custom ad-hoc reports for leadership while protecting confidentiality.
- Compliance & Claims Management: Ensure total alignment with federal and state regulations, interpret contracts for accurate pay/PTO, and manage responses to unemployment claims and employment verifications.
- Employee Lifecycle & Enterprise Programs: Coordinate organizational initiatives including performance reviews, engagement surveys, exit interviews, OSHA compliance, and mandatory annual training.
- Process Optimization: Continuously update HR integration checklists, refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and recommend best practices to support a fast-paced, scaling environment.
