As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll serve as the connection between our organization and the local community, helping promote events, strengthen partnerships, and increase participation through strategic outreach initiatives. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders. Develop and execute community outreach strategies to increase awareness of upcoming events, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives. Represent the company at community events, networking functions, fairs, festivals, and local meetings. Engage with community members by distributing promotional materials and encouraging participation in events and programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns, educational materials, and promotional content. Assist in planning and coordinating community events, workshops, informational sessions, and promotional activities. Collect community feedback and market insights to help improve future outreach initiatives and event experiences. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, partnerships, event participation, and community engagement activities. Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution as needed. Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen community relationships and expand brand awareness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Sociology, or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience or internships in community outreach, marketing, public relations, nonprofit organizations, customer service, event planning, or communications is a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation abilities. Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Passion for community involvement, relationship building, and creating positive experiences.
