Job Description

• Create Unique Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Apply proven methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers through therapy practices to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Keep a record of clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies whenever necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education through additional certifications and training is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
