As a Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee, you'll learn how to prospect for new business, communicate with buyers and sellers, follow up with potential clients, and turn conversations into appointments and transactions. You'll gain hands-on experience while developing the sales, client service, and market knowledge needed to become a productive real estate professional.

You won't be expected to figure everything out by yourself. Coaching and mentorship are available from experienced agents, along with proven systems for prospecting, sales, and client follow-up. You'll also be part of a collaborative team environment where you can learn, ask questions, and build confidence through consistent activity.

This is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable talking with people, and ready to put real effort into building a career. No previous real estate experience is required. Applicants may already have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity with a high commission split and low fees. Your income will depend on your individual activity, production, and results.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Comfortable engaging with potential clients and building relationships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing insights and learning from others.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client interactions and transactions is beneficial, but not mandatory.
